Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and fold into the cheese mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
