shredded cheddar cheese

crushed Ritz crackers

melted butter

milk

to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, sauté the onions in a bit of butter until they are soft and translucent.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed onions, cheddar cheese, crushed Ritz crackers, melted butter, milk, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
