Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice cooked and seasoned
  • 1 cup imitation crab shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp furikake for topping
  • 1 sheet nori cut into strips, for serving

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded imitation crab, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Mix well.
  • Spread the cooked and seasoned sushi rice evenly in a baking dish.
  • Spread the crab mixture evenly over the rice.
  • Sprinkle furikake over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is slightly browned and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving with nori strips.

Notes:

Feel free to add other toppings like avocado, cucumber, or eel sauce for extra flavor.
