sriracha

furikake

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded imitation crab, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Mix well.
Spread the cooked and seasoned sushi rice evenly in a baking dish.
Spread the crab mixture evenly over the rice.
Sprinkle furikake over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is slightly browned and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving with nori strips.
Notes:
Feel free to add other toppings like avocado, cucumber, or eel sauce for extra flavor.
