Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded roast beef, mixed vegetables, and beef gravy.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread evenly.
Spread the mashed potatoes over the beef mixture.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
