Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Roast Beef cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Beef Gravy
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded roast beef, mixed vegetables, and beef gravy.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread evenly.
  • Spread the mashed potatoes over the beef mixture.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite vegetables or use leftover roast beef.
