Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup chopped onions
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together potatoes, cheese, sour cream, onions, butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
