Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 cup Rice cooked
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, cooked rice, and Cajun seasoning. Mix well.
  • Layer chopped cabbage in a baking dish. Pour the beef mixture over the cabbage.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the level of Cajun seasoning to your taste.
