sliced yellow squash

chopped onion

cream of chicken soup

sour cream

stuffing mix

melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, boil squash and onion in water until tender. Drain well.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Stir in the cooked squash and onion.
In another bowl, mix stuffing with melted butter. Spread half of the stuffing mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
Pour the squash mixture over the stuffing. Top with the remaining stuffing mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
