Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced yellow squash
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.75 ounces)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package stuffing mix (6 ounces)
  • 0.5 cup melted butter

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large pot, boil squash and onion in water until tender. Drain well.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Stir in the cooked squash and onion.
  • In another bowl, mix stuffing with melted butter. Spread half of the stuffing mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Pour the squash mixture over the stuffing. Top with the remaining stuffing mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
