Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • 1 package Crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  • Spread the cooked sausage over the dough.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the sausage.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the cheese.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
