Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
Spread the cooked sausage over the dough.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the sausage.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
