Ingredients:

  • 6 potatoes peeled and sliced thinly
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup chopped onions
  • 0.25 cup butter melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Peel and slice potatoes thinly.
  • In a large bowl, mix potatoes, cheese, sour cream, onions, and butter.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
