Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, sugar, and softened cream cheese. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter.
  • Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the pineapple mixture.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

For a twist, try adding a handful of shredded coconut to the pineapple mixture.
