Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
Add the croissant pieces, diced ham, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
