Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 can diced green chilies (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and diced green chilies. Mix well.
  • Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  • Pour in melted butter and mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes:

You can add more green chilies if you like it spicier.
