Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
Add shredded cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and diced green chilies. Mix well.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
Pour in melted butter and mix until everything is well incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes:
You can add more green chilies if you like it spicier.
