Ingredients:

  • 1 whole Duck cut into pieces
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season the duck pieces with salt and pepper.
  • In a large casserole dish, layer the duck pieces, carrots, potatoes, and onions.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
  • Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes, or until the duck is tender and fully cooked.
