Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, sour cream, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with bread crumbs.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
