Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups apples, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine apples, cranberries, and sugar. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, pecans, and melted butter. Spread over the apple-cranberry mixture.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is tender.

Notes:

Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
