Melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the coleslaw mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Mix until the crackers are well coated.
Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This coleslaw casserole is a great side dish for any meal. You can also add some cooked chicken or ham to make it a complete meal.
