Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in beef broth and frozen peas. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
