Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in beef broth and frozen peas. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
