Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can baked beans (28 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a baking dish, combine the cooked ground beef mixture with the baked beans. Mix well.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just reheat before serving.
