Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is heated through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for using up leftover turkey.
