Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a baking dish, spread a layer of zucchini noodles.
Top with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the top.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole is a great way to use up extra zucchini from the garden!
