Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Zucchini noodles spiralized
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a baking dish, spread a layer of zucchini noodles.
  • Top with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the top.
  • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is a great way to use up extra zucchini from the garden!
