Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the tomato sauce and drained corn. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, beef mixture, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole is perfect for a cozy family dinner. You can also add some veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
