Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz
  • 1 can Corn, drained 15 oz
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 package Egg Noodles 12 oz
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the tomato sauce and drained corn. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, beef mixture, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for a cozy family dinner. You can also add some veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
