Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomato soup
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped onions
  • 0.5 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the tomato soup, cooked rice, chopped onions, green bell pepper, celery, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add cooked chicken or sausage for extra protein.
