Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced squash
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 package Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large pot, boil squash and onion until tender. Drain well.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked squash and onion, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Prepare the Stove Top stuffing mix according to package directions.
  • Spread half of the stuffing mix in the bottom of a baking dish. Spoon the squash mixture over the stuffing, then top with the remaining stuffing mix.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add more cheese on top if you like it extra cheesy!
