Stove Top stuffing mix

sour cream

shredded cheddar cheese

cream of chicken soup
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, boil squash and onion until tender. Drain well.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked squash and onion, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Prepare the Stove Top stuffing mix according to package directions.
Spread half of the stuffing mix in the bottom of a baking dish. Spoon the squash mixture over the stuffing, then top with the remaining stuffing mix.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes:
Feel free to add more cheese on top if you like it extra cheesy!
