Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 Cabbage, shredded medium head
  • 2 cups Carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is slightly crispy.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is a great way to enjoy the flavors of egg rolls without the frying. Serve with a side of soy sauce or sweet chili sauce for dipping.
