Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is slightly crispy.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole is a great way to enjoy the flavors of egg rolls without the frying. Serve with a side of soy sauce or sweet chili sauce for dipping.
