Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning to the beef according to the packet instructions.
  • Spread the cooked beef in the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Spread the sour cream over the beef, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Arrange the tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

Notes:

Feel free to add any additional toppings like green onions, jalapeños, or salsa after baking.
