Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef according to the packet instructions.
Spread the cooked beef in the bottom of a baking dish.
Spread the sour cream over the beef, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Arrange the tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Notes:
Feel free to add any additional toppings like green onions, jalapeños, or salsa after baking.
