Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff the mushroom caps with the sausage mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the top is golden brown.
Notes:
For a spicier kick, use hot sausage.
