Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 12 oz Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stuff the mushroom caps with the sausage mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the top is golden brown.

Notes:

For a spicier kick, use hot sausage.
