Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Elbow Macaroni uncooked
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, milk, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Combine cooked macaroni and beef mixture in a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
