Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, milk, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine cooked macaroni and beef mixture in a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
