Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Egg Whites
  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup Bell Peppers diced
  • 1/4 cup Onions chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the casserole is set and slightly golden on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies or some cheese if you like.
