Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Diced Ham
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ham, cheese, and onion.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the ham mixture and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite veggies to the mix.
