Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ham, cheese, and onion.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the ham mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
