Ingredients:

  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large pot, boil the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the cooked potatoes to the mixture and stir gently to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and drizzle the melted butter on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
