Phyllo dough sheets
thawed
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir well.
Add boiled and mashed potatoes, cooked peas, and carrots. Mix everything together.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro.
Layer the bottom of a baking dish with phyllo dough sheets. Add the potato mixture on top and spread evenly.
Cover with another layer of phyllo dough sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
