Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Place the brioche cubes into the greased baking dish.
Pour the pumpkin mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are well coated.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
