Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Brioche bread cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 Eggs large
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • Place the brioche cubes into the greased baking dish.
  • Pour the pumpkin mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are well coated.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

For an extra touch, serve with a drizzle of maple syrup or a dollop of whipped cream.
