Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
4. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole is great for a quick weeknight dinner. Feel free to add other vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
