Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 4. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
  • 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese.
  • 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • 8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is great for a quick weeknight dinner. Feel free to add other vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
