Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and frozen corn. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Mix in cooked pasta and transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to add more veggies or spices to suit your taste.
