Fireman's Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (8 oz)
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn
  • 2 cups Cooked Pasta
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and frozen corn. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Mix in cooked pasta and transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add more veggies or spices to suit your taste.
