Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 10.75 oz can
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 10.75 oz can
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Chow Mein Noodles
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and celery to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, cooked rice, chow mein noodles, and water. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.

Notes:

For extra flavor, top with shredded cheese before baking.
