Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, cooked bacon, sautéed onion, shredded cheddar cheese, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
