  • 3 cups Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine zucchini, sour cream, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with bread crumbs.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
