  • 2 lbs walleye fillets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crushed crackers
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, crushed crackers, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the walleye fillets in a baking dish and spread the mixture evenly over the fillets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
