Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, tomato sauce, bell peppers, onions, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

This dish pairs well with a side of rice or crusty bread.
