Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes drained
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, Rotel tomatoes, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese and then layer the frozen tater tots on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add more spices if you like it extra spicy!
