Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.
Add liver slices and cook until browned on all sides.
Transfer liver and onions to a casserole dish. Add carrots and potatoes.
Pour beef broth over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover the dish and bake for 45 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or bell peppers.
