Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Liver sliced
  • 2 cups Onions chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.
  • Add liver slices and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Transfer liver and onions to a casserole dish. Add carrots and potatoes.
  • Pour beef broth over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover the dish and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or bell peppers.
