Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kimchi chopped
  • 1 pound Pork belly sliced
  • 1 block Tofu cubed
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add the pork belly. Cook until browned.
  • 2. Add the kimchi and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 3. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
  • 4. Add gochujang, soy sauce, and garlic. Stir well.
  • 5. Add the tofu and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes.
  • 6. Drizzle sesame oil and garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes:

Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
