Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked rice, California blend vegetables, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add cooked chicken or turkey for a non-vegetarian version.
