BLT Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups Bread cubed
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 cups Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs beaten

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread, cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and crumbled bacon.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, milk, and beaten eggs. Pour over the bread mixture and toss to coat.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more veggies or use a different type of cheese to suit your taste.
