Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread, cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and crumbled bacon.
In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, milk, and beaten eggs. Pour over the bread mixture and toss to coat.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more veggies or use a different type of cheese to suit your taste.
