Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Add ground turkey to the skillet, cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, turkey sauce mixture, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheeses.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining shredded cheeses.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite veggies to the mix for extra flavor and nutrition.
