Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce 24 oz
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • Add ground turkey to the skillet, cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in spaghetti sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, turkey sauce mixture, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheeses.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining shredded cheeses.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite veggies to the mix for extra flavor and nutrition.
