Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded red cabbage, chopped onion, olive oil, vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cabbage is tender.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
