Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head red cabbage shredded
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded red cabbage, chopped onion, olive oil, vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cabbage is tender.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables or spices to your liking.
