In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced ham, pineapple chunks, shredded cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
