Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Diced Ham
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced ham, pineapple chunks, shredded cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
