Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
