Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground lamb over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onions are translucent.
Stir in the dried oregano and ground cumin. Cook for another minute.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked lamb mixture, Greek yogurt, diced tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and cooked rice.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
