Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Gluten-free spaghetti
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 jar Marinara sauce (24 oz)
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the gluten-free spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and dried basil to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti and the meat sauce. Mix well.
  • Transfer half of the spaghetti mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Add the remaining spaghetti mixture on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
